There are several skills that increase attack speed (like frenzy). Is there a cap on how high this goes? Potentially an ambitious person could stack near to 100% if they wanted.

aren't most skills that increase attack speed usually stances? in that case, you cannot stack multiple stances because you could only ever have 1 up at a time..
